GO MAX BATTERY WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Please return the battery to the shop that you purchased the battery from.

  2. Show the shop your warranty card which contains the date of purchase, vehicle brand and model.

  3. The shop will perform an examination to check whether the battery is faulty, in-depth troubleshooting will require 1 day.

  4. If the battery is not able to start the vehicle due to a  manufacturer defect, the shop will provide a one replacement of car battery at no cost involved within the warranty period.

  5. If the battery is drained due to other reasons (not the manufacturing defect) we will return the battery to you.

  6. The warranty card must be shown as proof of transaction, if not The battery shop reserves the right not to perform any replacement for the battery.

Terms & Conditions:

The standard warranty period for the petrol engine vehicle is 12-months and for diesel/commercial vehicle will be at 6 months.

Warranty does not cover:
 ● Alternator overcharging
 ● Alternator not charging
 ● 24hrs recording camera directly
      connected to the car battery
 ● Mishandling
 ● Due to negligence ( forget to off
      electronics/ headlight )
 ● Faulty starter motor
 ● Engine malfunction
