GO MAX BATTERY WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Claim Process:
- Please return the battery to the shop that you purchased the battery from.
- Show the shop your warranty card which contains the date of purchase, vehicle brand and model.
- The shop will perform an examination to check whether the battery is faulty, in-depth troubleshooting will require 1 day.
- If the battery is not able to start the vehicle due to a manufacturer defect, the shop will provide a one replacement of car battery at no cost involved within the warranty period.
- If the battery is drained due to other reasons (not the manufacturing defect) we will return the battery to you.
- The warranty card must be shown as proof of transaction, if not The battery shop reserves the right not to perform any replacement for the battery.
Terms & Conditions:
The standard warranty period for the petrol engine vehicle is 12-months and for diesel/commercial vehicle will be at 6 months.
Warranty does not cover:
● Alternator overcharging
● Alternator not charging
● 24hrs recording camera directly
connected to the car battery
● Mishandling
● Due to negligence ( forget to off
electronics/ headlight )
● Faulty starter motor
● Engine malfunction
